The Sourdough Kit

This kit has everything you need to get baking sourdough. The kit includes sourdough starter, instructions, method, recipes, dough scraper and banneton.

Note: If choosing the live starter option you must tend to the starter the day of arrival. The dried starter will store indefinitely until you are ready to convert it to a live starter to bake bread.
