The Sourdough Kit + tutorial

We have added a sourdough tutorial to our best selling kit. The video takes you through all the important steps of baking sourdough and simplifies the process. You will be emailed a secure link and password post purchase and will be able to access the online tutorial for seven days from the first date of access.

The sourdough kit has everything you need to get baking sourdough and includes sourdough starter, instructions, method, recipes, dough scraper and banneton.

Note: If choosing the live starter option you must tend to the starter the day of arrival. The dried starter will store indefinitely until you are ready to convert it to a live starter and maintain.
