Our sourdough course description is as follows:
Join The Sourdough Kit and learn to make sourdough bread with results you can replicate at home. The course includes a take home sourdough starter which can give you infinite loaves of sourdough. We will practice mixing, shaping and baking sourdough. The workshop includes a tasting of fresh sourdough baked on site in our wood fired oven. No experience with bread baking is necessary.

There will be an option to purchase baker's essentials on the day such as bannetons and dough scrapers.
